I visited around 12:30 on a day off. There was 1 customer before me and 3 after, and I could sit down right away. I ordered 旨辛みそ. It wasn't spicy at all, and the soup color was different, so they probably got the order wrong. The taste was good, but it was disappointing. In the end, I don't know what I ate, but the ramen I had balanced sweetness and saltiness well and suited my taste. Pork back fat was floating on top. There are 5 kinds of miso, so I'd recommend it to miso fans. The noodles were somewhat broken up. They were medium-thick curly noodles, and I would have liked them just a little firmer. The toppings included a fairly large piece of chashu and green onions, with plenty of the chopped wood ear mushrooms I like, so I liked that. It was such a near miss.

和風出汁中華そば The broth flavor came through strongly, light yet deep in flavor, and it was really delicious. I finished it in no time, so next time I'll get a large portion. The staff are good too.

Overall it was average; the fried rice was good, I suppose. I feel the ramen would be better with stronger seasoning, but maybe they're thinking about balance. I'd like more pork savoriness, though. Since it's 2代目もみじ, I'm looking forward to what comes next. Maybe they're still experimenting It might become a place with queues someday.

I've been eating here occasionally since it opened. The prices have gone up, but that's no problem because it's delicious. When I reunited with my father after his hospitalization, he immediately said he wanted ramen, and もみじ was the only choice. I can't get enough of the rich soup, unchanged since the beginning. I recommend the spicy miso ramen.

のどぐろ塩 was delicious✨ My son chose まかない味噌(^^)b I didn't order rice because I thought I couldn't finish it, but then I wanted to eat it with this soup poured over it, so I ended up adding a small rice🍚💦 Thanks for the meal🙏
