We basically operate as a cafe. Light meals such as takoyaki and curry are also available. Student-discount shop: groups accompanied by students get 50 yen off the bill for everyone (if the bill is combined). Services include free extra tapioca and free large curry portions. The tapioca is made with famous water containing bamboo charcoal, and the oils used in cooking are olive oil and domestic rapeseed oil, among others; we also place importance on safety. Our coffee beans are roasted in-house, and freshly roasted beans are immediately frozen. We serve fresh beans ground to order. (At big famous cafes, a considerable amount of time has generally passed since roasting, even at Starbucks about 2 weeks…

I had a hot sandwich and iced coffee. The iced coffee was so delicious that I want to go back for it again☺️ It smelled good and was easy to drink, which surprised me! After hearing that they serve fresh ingredients, it made sense. I was also attracted to the body-friendly food, such as the origin of ingredients and no chemical seasonings😊 This time I had a hot sandwich, but next I'd like to try the risotto or takoyaki✨ I felt it would be even nicer if the hot sandwich came as a set with salad or soup🥰 I'll visit again! Thank you for the meal✨ ★There's a parking lot near the shop. Easy to park! ◯Addendum: visited August 2022 I had takoyaki and an iced cafe latte. I was torn between 6 and 8 pieces and ordered 8. They were gooey and delicious and I ate them in no time. The flavor was gentle. The iced cafe latte was also so delicious I wanted a refill☺️✨ I'll visit again. It's a place I want to go to when I want delicious coffee.
View on GoogleMy usual hair salon said they'd opened an affiliated cafe, so I went. This time I had coffee, chicken curry, and takoyaki. The coffee is roasted in-store, easy to drink, and tasty even black. The chicken curry was delicious, with the gentle sweetness of big chunky vegetables and the spiciness of the roux in perfect balance. The free large curry portion is also nice. The exquisite takoyaki, with its dashi flavor and gooey inside, can be taken out too, so I think it'd make a welcome souvenir on the way home from an outing. Every menu item uses carefully selected ingredients the owner is particular about, so please try them.
View on GoogleFirst visit! I ordered the coffee roasted in-store and takoyaki with a pronounced dashi flavor. The coffee tasted sweet even iced, and it was the kind of delicious that doesn't upset your stomach even if you drink too much. The takoyaki was gooey and soft, with plenty of flavor even without sauce. There are table seats in the back too, but waiting at the counter while watching it being made is nice as well! Above all, the male manager plays tennis, and it was great to be able to chat about all sorts of things. (He seems hard to talk to, but he may have a tendency to be happy when spoken to) Takoyaki takes about 15 minutes to cook, so if you call ahead it seems they can serve it on time.
View on GoogleI've visited several times on a friend's recommendation, and whatever you order is truly delicious, with a good atmosphere — a heartwarming shop. Especially the takoyaki. Hot batter is sealed inside a suitably crisp skin, and the happiness when you bite down and the slightly rich sauce and gooey batter become one in your mouth has no comparison. It's a complex, perfect flavor you can't imitate at home. I think it's the most delicious takoyaki not just in Ishikari but in all of Hokkaido. A precious place to forget the bustle and relax slowly.
View on GoogleThe gooey takoyaki with carefully chosen dashi is super delicious! It will change your concept of takoyaki. I had it with wine and it was a wonderful pairing. The tomato sauce pasta uses De Cecco fedelini, thinner than spaghetti, and the boiling was perfect al dente. The staff's knowledge of coffee was also excellent, and the aromatic coffee, carefully brewed from freshly roasted in-house beans, was also very delicious.
