We are a "ramen shop" that opened in April 2021 in Hanakawa Minami, along Ishikari Teine Road. In addition to 8 counter seats, there are two raised-tatami tables for 6 and 4 people, making it easy to use even for families with small children. Our miso is not the rich ramen that's trending now, but a light flavor loved by a wide range of customers from children to the elderly.

A shop along the Ishikari Teine Line, built like a renovated house. My impression was that the parking in front of the shop fits about 5–6 cars (I didn't confirm the exact number💦). Inside there are counter seats and raised-tatami seats; it's certainly not spacious, but it's a calm space where you can feel the warmth of wood. The staff were polite too, and we were welcomed pleasantly. We visited for lunch, two people. The niboshi shoyu ramen we ordered spread a soft Japanese-style aroma, with a gentle flavor that warmed us up. It wasn't too oily but had solid umami, and the aftertaste was relatively light and easy to eat. Besides ramen, we also ordered fried rice and waterless curry. The fried rice gave the impression of a classic fried rice, simple but satisfying. The waterless curry was spicy and rich, the ingredients were well simmered, and it was very delicious. It had a moderate spiciness, so I felt the seasoning was geared toward adults. Although it's in a ramen battleground area, it's a place I'd like you to put on your list when comparing shops in the neighborhood.

I visited around 12:15 on a weekday. It had just become full, and I waited about 5 minutes to be seated. The interior has 7 counter seats and a raised-tatami area, and is bright, pretty, and clean. This time I ordered the "Marutake Miso Ramen". The soup is mellow and gentle on the palate, yet the richness and umami of the miso come through clearly. I didn't feel the heaviness of lard, and it was rich yet easy to keep eating. The noodles are yellow, medium-thick curly noodles typical of Sapporo miso. They have a good chew and are well coated by the creamy soup. Toppings are bean sprouts, scallions, menma, and chashu, plus a flavored egg by default, which is satisfying. When I added the grated ginger served on a small plate midway, the aftertaste became refreshing and it made a nice change of flavor. It was very delicious 🍜 The side menu item "Ore no Makanai," a spicy chicken waterless curry, also looked very delicious. However, I hear the portion is substantial, so be careful if ordering it with ramen ☺️

On my way back from a trip toward Sapporo, I found it on Google Maps and stopped by. It was around 3 o'clock so it was empty, which was nice. I ordered the miso tantan, which can be ordered after 3. It wasn't too spicy, the sesame paste flavor was good, and I enjoyed it to the end. The Ore no Makanai waterless curry was spicy too, the portion wasn't too big and the quality of flavor was high, so the two of us shared it and enjoyed it. It was very delicious. It's a shop I'd like to stop by again when I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal!

What I ordered was the miso tantanmen served after 15:00. It suited my taste. I felt the soup tasted no different from the miso ramen. This shop asks whether you want grated ginger or not, and if you say yes, it's served on a separate plate. Besides the front of the shop, there's a second parking lot that fits 3 cars.

With a 1980s body-friendly taste and a nostalgic aroma, it's a delicious miso ramen that also adds trendy flavors of the real present. (In the 1980s there were also punchy miso ramens.) The miso seems to be only white miso, light and not spicy, so it's easy to eat (Tetchi, kids). The noodles have a transparency that suggests aging, and they've deliberately been made as high-hydration noodles for chewiness. Toppings are bean sprouts, scallions, flaked chashu, a soft-boiled egg, pork belly chashu, and menma. The pork belly chashu — I could feel it when I picked it up with chopsticks and put it in my mouth, but when I went to eat further, the sensation was of it not existing. It was as if I'd moved to another dimension. This is different from phrases like "it melted in my mouth." It's a true story, though it sounds like a lie. I had meant to savor it slowly, so I don't quite understand it myself. It was a strange sensation. For details, please see the YouTube channel Tetchi Travel.
