ロースターコースターRoaster Coaster - ロースターコースター 東川店
Roaster Coaster is Higashikawa's first in-house roasting café, open since 2013. We roast beans in the shop and serve coffee brewed one cup at a time in a French press, together with panini, pizza, and waffles. It is also the place where two brands were born: Taisetsu Coffee and Craft Bear. It is located in the center of Higashikawa, at the foot of the Daisetsuzan mountains. About 10 minutes by car from Asahikawa Airport.

Excellent French press The waffle smelled and tasted delicious! I loved the batter they used. Cute coffee shop that roasts their coffee in house.
View on GoogleDelicious coffee and sweet treats. Their take-home drip bags are aromatic as well. Cosy interiors with a fireplace. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleThe two Ojo-Sans’ here have a very chill cafe. Although the coffee is on the weaker end, the cheesecake and waffles are a 10/10
View on GoogleA tantalizing blend of delicious coffee, waffles, brownies and more, served in a cozy and welcoming space. Roaring wood fire in winter adds to the ambiance. The owner, Karl lad, will be happy to regale you with interesting tales of his coffee bean adventures and craft beer offerings. If you book ahead (well ahead, as it’s always busy) you can stay in his Airbnb lodge just behind the shop, so you never need to leave! Top notch establishment and staff and a must visit if you’re staying, or passing through the town.
