The dining room is the living room of what seems to be a private home (?). You take off your shoes and step up into a huge room with 3–4 tables. The children started sleeping on the carpet, and it was very relaxing. The soba, just as the uncle at the local gas station told us, was flavorful and delicious.

A soba shop devoted to 100% buckwheat flour. The owner is a diligent researcher. Even though it's juwari soba, it's characterized by not crumbling too much. The interior feels like a farmer's main house and is comfortable.

This is delicious soba that ranks among the best I've ever eaten.
