This is my first time here. I find the location very interesting. There is a lot to discover, almost like Disneyland. This meant that the wait for the food was very short. A small task for the other guests: count the Van Gogh paintings while you wait for your food. We, that is my wife and I, were here for lunch on a Monday in September. We ordered tomato salad, pasta bolognese and pizza with prosciutto. The food was good, a bit special, with fresh ingredients and lots of herbs. Many guests cannot handle the strong taste of fresh herbs and ingredients. I was very pleased. I also have respect for the owner. He is a chef, server, gardener, collector, caretaker and much more. I will come again and observe the location as the seasons change.

Had the lunch set and a pizza. Salad was good, bread and eggs excellent. The pizza was delicious, with an artisan flavor to the crust. The pasta of vegetables and chicken in a tomato cream sauce was good and provided in generous portions. Nice place with a friendly proprietor and family.

Really hearty fare in a picturesque setting. They have kept the old farmhouse vibe, but prettied it up a bit. The food was very good. I had an extra large portion, but wouldn't have needed to! The gelato looked very good, but I didn't have room left to try it! I'll have to visit again with my family!

Such a gem in a remote town. We had pizza, pasta, salad and desert. The food was heartily and fresh. All local produce with a very welcoming atmosphere. Great for kids.

Drove 35 mins from Asahidake Ropeway but was turned away as we did not make prior reservation. There was no customers at that time, so I suppose it does not operate with walk-ins. Do call to check before heading there.
