I visited on June 21, 2026 at 11:00. I went on the recommendation of an acquaintance. I ordered the regular tonkotsu shoyu. Because I wanted to compare it with Kagoshima's Komurasaki, which is number 1 for me. Surprise‼️ In a small town of 3,000 people (sorry), there's such a delicious ramen shop. I hear the ramen-making is self-taught. Amazing‼️ I'll visit again to eat a different ramen. Addendum When I revisited on July 5, the owner came out and said they were closed today. If you want to be sure to eat, I think it's best to confirm by contacting them. As an aside, when I yuntaku'd (chatted) with the owner, he had just come back from a trip to Okinawa. A ramen shop that's always crowded The shoyu yakibuta with Double Soup is superb. Adding the free green onion and garlic makes it even better 😋 I expect it to get even more crowded than this, so it's a shop I don't want to tell anyone about.
