You can observe the entirety of ベニヤ花園 from above, something you cannot get a sense of just by walking around. However, the windows are fixed shut with metal plates. Photos can only be taken through the dirty window glass.

There is a WC on 1F. You have to take the stairs to the observation floor. There is no elevator. This observation tower lets you look out over ベニヤ原生花園 from above, but you cannot see the farther sections (such as toward ウグイスの小径).

There is also a walking trail through the natural flower garden that leads out to the coast, but that day there was a warning sign saying a bear had been spotted, so I decided against it and just enjoyed the view from the observation tower.

You can see all of ベニヤ原生花園. スワットン, the mascot of 浜頓別町, caught my attention.

The view is good, but summer is hell. It is so hot you feel like you might pass out.
