I visited at lunchtime after 13:00. The ちらし寿司 was delicious. The negitoro in the ネギトロ丼 was still frozen and hard, so I warmed it with the rice to soften it before eating. They gave me complimentary coffee.

Rather than a sushi restaurant, it feels like a neighborhood set-meal place, with various menu items. They also have a daily lunch set. The sashimi and such are properly done, as you'd expect from a sushi restaurant, and it's nice to have somewhere to eat lunch around here.

We had サービス生ちらし and the shio ramen set with ネギトロ丼. It was Saturday, but there seemed to be many locals. It's hard to tell from the photo, but the amount of chashu is impressive. The shio broth also has a sweetness to it and is very delicious. The ネギトロ丼 included little pieces of tuna too and was very delicious. I think the サービス生ちらし is a high-quality 生ちらし you can enjoy at a reasonable price. The small side dishes were nice too. Self-service coffee was also available. I couldn't figure out the parking lot, but it seemed possible to park without inconveniencing anyone.

よしかわ is a harbor sushi restaurant directly facing 臼尻漁港. Its wide-ranging menu runs from Chinese food to sushi, and there is an 「おすすめランチ」 at lunchtime. I ordered the ramen set (shoyu+かき揚天丼). The ramen contains meat more like kakuni than chashu. The soy-sauce-based broth includes straight noodles, menma, green onion, nori, wheat gluten, and a boiled egg. The kakiage is mainly vegetables such as onions, served over white rice soaked with a slightly salty sauce. Complimentary coffee is also offered.

With a nearby lunch spot temporarily closed, this place has been crowded day after day. There wasn't a proper parking lot, so I parked along the road at the fishing harbor, taking care of my surroundings. I came for the 生チラシ lunch a friend recommended. …When it was almost full, I waited about 20 minutes. (When you enter, they ask, "It'll take a little while—is that okay?") The customers vary: people on their own, people on work breaks, and neighbors. The sign says sushi restaurant, but the atmosphere and menu are those of a local diner. "Sorry to keep you waiting~," and the long-awaited lunch arrived! For 1080円, you get the toppings shown in the photo. Certainly reasonable, with about a large bowl's worth of vinegared rice. Personally, the small side dish of spaghetti salad didn't go with the 生チラシ, which was a little disappointing. Many people who seemed to be neighbors were ordering ramen dishes, so maybe I'll come for ramen next time!
