Located just a short walk from JR Hakodate Station, this ramen shop stands out for its surprisingly extensive menu. The sheer variety of options is impressive, and from what I gathered, consistency across their bowls is one of their strengths. The space itself is fairly spacious and comfortable, though what really catches the eye is the abundance of stickers and signage showcasing their limited-time offerings—a quirky but interesting detail that adds character to the shop. I went for the 冷たい醤油ラーメン (cold shoyu ramen), and it turned out to be a refreshing choice. The broth was clean and lightly chilled, carrying a delicate soy-based savoriness with a subtle sweetness that lingers gently on the palate. Aromatically, it was restrained but inviting, allowing the clarity of the flavors to shine. The overall mouthfeel was crisp and refreshing—light, smooth, and especially satisfying, making it an excellent option when you’re looking for something less heavy yet still flavorful. A well-executed, refreshing bowl that highlights balance and nuance—definitely worth trying, especially given the shop’s wide-ranging menu.
View on GoogleWe came in a rainy afternoon and it was a good late lunch after a tiring tour. Their spicy miso ramen and shoyu ramen tasted good at that budget price! The roasted pork was also delicious. It was still busy and there were some customers, but there was only one person cooking and serving that time. He still seems kind though. Hope it was only that time like that.
View on GoogleTypical ramen place where you order at the machine before they serve it to you at table side. The Raman was good with QQ. I had Shio ramen with all the toppings. Pork was good the egg was ok
View on GoogleWe tried their Yondaime Aburi miso and Yondaime Aburi shio ramen. The broth had a unique sweetness that I loved, their negi were so sweet as well. The aburi (flame grilled pork) had that wonderful smokey flavour and the noodles were bouncy. One of the best ramen I've had in a while.
View on GoogleNice and simple ramen shop that perfect for stopping by for a warm bowl of ramen. With flavorful broth and the noodles are perfectly chewy, goes well with a plate of gyoza.
