I came as a tourist, but felt it wasn’t worth the price. I understand the atmosphere says, “This is high-end sushi.” Since I was sightseeing, my clothes didn’t fit the setting and I felt bad, but did they take advantage of that? 5000円 for this piece of king crab leg meat is far too expensive If they charge 5000円, couldn’t they do something better with the presentation? I also noticed dust on the shelves, And I don’t know whether the staff member was part-time, but when I stood up to go to the restroom, they blocked the passage while serving food without any consideration, even though customers would normally be given priority, I was completely dissatisfied.

Personally, I think this is the best sushi restaurant in Hakodate. It attracts a balanced mix of tourists and locals, and can also accommodate banquets. It’s open until 3 a.m., so I often used it for sushi to finish off the night.

The sushi and sashimi are all delicious. If I had to mention one thing, I prefer sushi rice that falls apart in the mouth, but this felt a little firm. The simmered kinki was incredibly delicious!

This is a sushi restaurant I like. The menu is quite extensive, and you can sense the care put into it. Late at night or when the counter is a little quieter, having a drink while chatting a bit with the chef makes it even more enjoyable. However, the snacks seem to be mostly priced at market rates, so eating too much might make you a little nervous..

2025.06 While traveling in Hakodate, I went to the racecourse. Afterward, a horse owner I know brought me here. I don’t drink alcohol, but I ended up being somewhat pressured into drinking. 玉乃光, しばれ. It was easy to drink and very delicious. When I mentioned I was going to Aomori the next day, they gave me 豊盃, a local Aomori sake, and that was easy to drink too. The appetizer was sea cucumber in vinegar, with a wonderfully firm, crunchy texture. In the sashimi platter, the octopus sashimi was so delicious that I ordered more separately. The simmered kinki was also very delicious. Everything was delicious, but the nigiri at the end, especially the sea urchin, was exceptionally good. (The staff member was very beautiful.)
