Superb place for specialty coffee, and a must visit if you like pour over style coffee. Run by a lovely wife and husband team, they have a very wide range of different beans available. Depending on the type of roast and flavour you’re after, their menu has a whole table of blends and special origins you can try as either a standard hot coffee or as iced, a cafe au lait, and so on. Anything on the menu is available to buy as beans and is priced per 100g. They’ve also got cold brew tea bags available if that’s more your style. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the coffee itself. Probably the best pour over coffee I’ve ever had. Would highly recommend paying a visit if you’re in Hakodate.

An true gem of a cafe! Probably the best pour over I've ever had. What really killed me though was seeing the owner sort through the 100g of beans I bought to remove any defects!! If you love coffee, an absolute must.

Tried their Columbia (city) and immediately fell in love with it. The coffee was roast to perfection, warm strong and smooth. But when we were given a chance to taste their Ethiopia (natural), my taste for a good strong coffee changed. Fruity, light and smooth, it’s the perfect afternoon coffee. Can really feel the effort and pride the owner puts into every cup. Have to buy some goodies back!!
