EXCELLENT!!!!!!! Shrimp base Curry soup with oysters & shrimp - so GOOD! And, I had mozzarella salad. The mozzarella is so fresh!!!!

Quick food restaurant. Food was good and you can see the staff cook stuff in the back. Prices are also quite low.

I challenged myself to try soup curry, which I believe was my first time eating it. The shop was ロケットカレー函館本町店. I ordered medium-spicy pork shabu soup curry and mozzarella salad. There were just so many vegetables, which made me happy. With something like ramen broth, I imagine you eat rice first and wash it down with soup, but on my first soup curry experience, for some reason I couldn't enjoy it in that order. Having soup in my mouth before the rice felt more natural, which was such a strange sensation. I'd wondered how thin soup curry could count as curry, but trying it for the first time, it's delicious! I think I'm getting hooked on soup curry! (haha) Thanks to the national travel-support coupon, I discovered something new, so at the end I wanted to shout thank you! toward the snowy 函館 sky! (haha)

With remnants of the former ramen shop, I thought you ordered at the ticket machine, but someone came to take my order. The one-coin roux curry includes a drink when dining in. Super cheap. There are 3 spice levels: mild, medium, and hot. The rice portion is small, so you can add more for an extra 100円 or 200円. Besides the one-coin option, there are vegetable curry and other dishes for 700円. The curry tasted like waterless curry and was seriously delicious. Picking detailed toppings for waterless curry is a hassle, so having the broad choices settled makes it easier. The interior is quite clean and relaxing too.
