As part of our family's Lucky Pierrot Hunt, our mission to visit every Lucky Pierrot branch in Hakodate, we visited the Lucky Pierrot Hondori Branch. The restaurant had the fun and quirky atmosphere that Lucky Pierrot is known for, and we were excited to try some of their most popular menu items, including their No. 1 bestseller. The food was tasty and met the high standards we have come to expect from the chain. However, the service was surprisingly slow during our visit. We were the only customers dining inside the restaurant, yet it took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive. From what we observed, takeout orders appeared to be given priority over dine-in customers, which may have contributed to the long wait. While the food was worth trying, the waiting time was disappointing given how quiet the restaurant was. This was not our best Lucky Pierrot experience, but it was still another memorable stop in our quest to visit every branch. If you plan to dine in here, it may be a good idea to allow extra time, especially if the restaurant is handling a large number of takeout orders.

Very friendly staff, although we had some communication barriers still not an issue. She was very patient and polite. We ordered fried chicken and cheese burger, delicious and juicy.

Same Lucky Pierrot food as always. However. They were severely understaffed and an old lady was handling the register and the ice cream station. Therein lies the problem. The place has zero sanitation standards. It's disgusting. Shr used her hands - no gloves - to handle the register, the coins and bills, all the cupboards and ice cream dispensing levers and the actual condiments added to the ice cream, like wafers. All without washing her hands or donning gloves. I can only imagine the state of the kitchen. Last time.

Great food! The location is easy to get to, has smoking and non smoking sections. The food is made to order and the wait time is minimal. Serving sizes are rather large especially for the omurice dishes.

Try CHINESE HAMBURGER! It's the best.
