I wanted to attempt to go to most of these restaraunts whilst I was in Hakodate as a side quest. I went to the trouble of mapping out wehere they all were and how I would get to them and everytime I tried they had masssive queues out the door. So you would think they were excellent, best burgers anywhere. Not really. They are OK but I wouldn't rant or rave about them. I had a cheesburger or somthing similair I was being served by a very impatient young man so just pointed at somthing that looked familiar. The staff were not under the pump with a line of customers behind me at this store but I got the distinct feeling I was not welcome or at the very least was being tolerated. The decore of this one was sort of 1930's I think they are all different and this place wass not very big and used mirrors to give the impression of size but theres was so much dark furnishings in the decor it didnt really help. As far as the burger went it was OK (I found the recipt in my photos) I had the lucky egg burger. Not the worst burger I have ever had but deffinately not the best. I also had a Potato Croquette which was good but most likely not home made but thats fine there were somechips and I had the obligatory Melon Soda. The chips were ok nothing amazing but decent chips. All in all might get better service at one of the big stores there was a video I watched years ago about a bigger store from the NHK 72 hrs series that made it seem like a good place to go. Maybe I just chose the wrong one. If you are in Hakodate give it a try but as I only ended up going to one cant speak for the others. Oh yeah if Clowns give you the heebie jeebies their mascot will most likely fscinate and terrify at the same time.

The chicken burger is their signature burger and it definitely deserves to be. It is tangy, juicy and crispy. The fries are also interesting, as they are topped with what seems to be cheese sauce. Some restaurants may have large queues, but I noticed you could walk a couple blocks to the next chain and it'd be significantly less busy. This is worth trying when you're in Hakodate.

A hamburger that's only sold in Hokadote, taste isn't bad but the price is relatively low compare to other restaurant, so the cost performance ratio is high, worth to give a shot!

As other branches good food. But unlike many others not that busy

Chicken burger sauce is good Pork chop burger patty is delicious and crispy crust. Both must try! Milk Shake is thick and creamy.
