It's so good, I want to cry that I probably won't ever have better sushi in my life again. I've been in this place a month ago, I'm not even in Japan anymore, and I've told all of my friends about this place and how good it is. I'm at home right now and God knows I crave sushi so much, and I just thought I must tell someone else about these sushi, because they were SO GOOD, and I'm genuinely sad that I can't have it. So if you're in Hakodate right now reading this and thinking if you should visit this place, the answer is yes, absolutely, you should. You should try everything and enjoy it, because it's definitely worth it!!!
View on GoogleWonderful place! The sushi is tasty and not overly expensive, we got to eat our fill, the building is pretty on the inside and has a gorgeous panoramic ocean view. The conveyor wasn't running when we went but that just meant we had a table-side chef which is an upgrade. For me the eel, blowtorched salmon, and the medium-size roe were the highlights. The staff helped both us another another set of guests not lose things, very kind of them
View on GoogleIf you want a view and dinner; come at 5. If you are a group larger than 2; come at 5. If not be prepared to wait. No reservations but a number system is given for you to queue, they can contact you too, provided you have a Japanese number. They serve quality fresh cut seafood and in generous portions too. They even have a less-rice option for your sushi. Just be prepared to wait a bit if you are at a bad timing or just missed the window. But if you are in 2s, it moves pretty quick.
View on GoogleThe food was amazing. It was super fresh. The belt was not in operation and we ordered the food on a tablet and we had an option to ask for small rice portions. 5 of us ate 45 plates and all of them were excellent. Recommend this place 200%. We got there 2:30 but people continue to come in. Bathrooms were really clean.
View on GoogleOh my gosh. It was so fresh and good. We are so glad to be able to find this place. Its a lot cheaper than going the Hakodate morning market, not mentioning the view is breath taken. We hope to be able to come back one day. Its hands down one of the best restaurants we have eaten in Japan (and this is our 6th trip to Japan in various regions) Highly recommended!
