You can enjoy kaisendon, sashimi, and grilled fish made with fresh seafood from Hakodate, Hokkaido. The restaurant has a live fish tank, so you can dine while enjoying the lively atmosphere unique to the Hakodate Morning Market. The rice used is Hokkaido's Special A-grade "Yumepirika," and the homemade ikura that Yayoi Suisan carefully prepares in-house is also popular. The kaisendon you can choose to your liking and the luxurious "Daimyo Mori" are well liked by tourists and locals alike. View on GoogleThe food comes exactly as advertised. The fish is fresh and delicious. The rice is also very good. My bowl came with a cute set that included miso soup, and green tea is complimentary. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. There are many restaurants in the Hakodate morning market that look all very similar, and it can be overwhelming to choose which to go to, but you can’t go wrong coming this one.
