I heard that curry ramen was introduced last year, so I came right away to try it. The volume is amazing and it's very delicious 😋 The 豪麺 shoyu ramen is the top recommendation, but I think the fried rice might be the best in Hakodate 😆❤️ Next I'll have the fried rice ❤️😆

First visit. That day I was in a meat mood, but my partner wanted ramen, so we decided on a ramen shop we hadn't been to yet, 豪ーめん❗️ When buying the ticket at the machine, my eyes landed on ❗️Jingisukan Set Meal❗️ Meat~ I'm sorry to the ramen shop I'm visiting for the first time, but I decided on the Jingisukan Set Meal❗️ 5 gyoza for 300 yen is cheap❗️ I added gyoza and got an orange juice too. My partner ordered a ramen set with half fried rice and 1 karaage, plus cola. Amazing❗️ Even though we ordered this much, it didn't even reach 3000 yen. The best cost-performance ramen shop. Every restaurant has raised prices due to inflation, but 豪ーめん is hanging in there, a grateful shop. The Jingisukan Set Meal was full of bean sprouts (I couldn't see the meat). But when I tried it, huh? Delicious. The sauce on top is tasty. They also offered a free large rice portion, but I'd feel bad leaving any, so I went with the regular amount. The Jingisukan Set Meal is a taste I'd want to eat again.

Since it has lasted for decades, I figured it must be delicious, so I went. At first I thought it was a mountain of bean sprouts with no flavor? I had preconceptions and reluctance about Jiro-style ramen, which I'd never eaten, but the bean sprouts have miso and garlic sauce on them, and mixing it all together is delicious. It even comes with 2 slices of chashu. The noodles are thick and the miso flavor is rich, clinging to the sauce, and it was delicious. The fried rice was delicious too. I'll go eat there again.

There seem to be options like Abura Karame Yasai that are common in Jiro-style, but it isn't a Jiro-inspired ramen (it probably doesn't use the monosodium glutamate-like powder, and even the ramen labeled thick noodles doesn't have noodles as thick as Jiro-style), so if you come expecting Jiro you'll be let down, and if you come to eat ordinary ramen these options feel out of place. That's the kind of shop it is, and I couldn't tell what kind of customers they're targeting. It's not that it isn't tasty, but for better or worse, it's unique.

I hesitated for a while after seeing reviews calling it Jiro-style, but it was completely different from what I imagined. Choose your menu at the ticket machine on the left as you enter, sit at any seat you like, hand over the ticket at the seat, and they'll ask about your detailed order. It's not scary at all. What I like most is the 豪〜麺 (especially with the extra-thick noodles), with plenty of vegetables centered on bean sprouts, two thick slices of chashu (fat melt-in-your-mouth, meat firm yet tender), and seasoned minced garlic on top. Even without mashimashi, I always order the gyoza, which is also a favorite, so I end up stuffed! Those gyoza too, bitten in half with dipping sauce and then dipped once in the ramen soup, are irresistible. It's not a greasy, heavy ramen. The aftertaste is clean too. If you like strong flavors, I think you should go mashimashi.
