I love this cozy place
View on GoogleIt introduces this elderly gentleman, who left his hometown to come here and make ham. The exhibition hall is on the 2nd floor, while the 1st floor is currently a restaurant. His ham is also very delicious.
View on GoogleThe 1st floor has a shop and dining area, and the 2nd floor is a history museum. It opens at 9 in the morning, and I went to have レイモンドッグ for breakfast. You order and pay on a touchscreen, then they call your number. チューリンガードッグ is boiled from raw, so it takes about 5 minutes. It's a good idea to visit the history museum while you wait. レイモン's favorite piano is also on the 2nd floor. They toast the bread before putting the sausage in, too. レイモンドッグ has a crisp casing and just the right amount of fat; it's delicious. チューリンガードッグ is lighter because it's boiled. The bread is slightly chewy. Ketchup, mustard, wet towels, and so on are self-service. I got takeaway and ate them in my hotel room. Both were delicious, so I recommend trying them side by side.
View on GoogleThe 2nd floor is an exhibition hall, and the 1st floor is a shop selling sausages and other items, along with a dining area. The sausages have a substantial bite, more of a crunch than a crisp snap, and felt somehow different from ordinary store-bought sausages. They were very delicious😊
View on GoogleA famous shop in the 北海道函館元町 area. They have delicious ham, sausages, and more here😘 I originally bought one pack, then went straight back for a second after just one bite🫶🏻 Great to take along as a snack on the road.
