Breakfast at あんどろわ喫茶店 was excellent and very much on par with the other old-school coffee shops I’ve visited around Japan. Proper kissaten atmosphere, good coffee and a simple, beautifully done breakfast that felt authentic rather than trying too hard. The only disappointment was the lack of the classic Japanese egg sandwich — I was secretly hoping for one of those!

The owner is super nice and polite, the cafe is beautifully decorated and the pancakes are super fluffy and delicious! Super recommended

A very cute Showa era cafe ran by an elderly couple, the tea was super good and they even offered us watermelon on the house which was super tasty
