For a delightful Hakodate ramen experience, this place offers a clear and flavorful soup. Ordering is convenient via a machine before entering the restaurant. Their shio ramen is quite flavorful with char siew and egg, though slightly too salty for the soup. Personal preference. The red spicy miso is surprisingly mild, but we can customize it by adding an egg and wonton. The noodles are nicely cooked, and the soup is very flavorful. Adding some nice spicy chili powder (not from the shop, as Japanese chili powder is not spicy) would make it even better. Their set comes with noodle and fried rice, it’s a great value This is a great place for a delicious noodle around the Kanemori red brick area.
View on GoogleThe ramen is so good! The soup is slightly salty with green onion. We have it in a chilly night, have pan fried dumplings, shrimp spring roll and deep fried chicken, feeling content.
View on GoogleBig serving of shio ramen good texture. Fried rice tasted good and flavorful with its mix of ingredients. Will prefer things to be less salty. Affordable and satisfying dinner
View on GoogleWent to three restaurants around 9pm that were all closed (although Google maps say they're open). Almost gave up having dinner till we stumbled upon this restaurant! Ramen was spot on and so easy to order. Food came quick and the staff were so friendly and the accommodating too! Must order the gyoza, and their free side dish tuna was spectacular
View on GoogleCame here for dinner to use the Hakodate travel voucher. If you’re using points, you can simply hand them to the staff unless you plan to order additional side dishes. The salt-flavored ramen was a bit too salty, and the ingredients in the ramen tasted like frozen food. Also, the water pitcher on the table had no water—just a bunch of ice cubes. The side dishes looked appealing, and the staff were very friendly, but overall, I still wouldn’t recommend this place.
