The food was absolutely amazing, and everyone was kind and sweet. The fish, the rice, the tea - I loved everything. Best atmosphere ever. If you’re visiting Hakodate you have to try it.

Ordered 8-type seafood bowl and fried tuna seafood bowl set. Really fresh and delicious seafood, the fried tuna is amazing. Highly recommended!

Friendly lady waitress on duty, appreciate they have english menu for tourist. Their teriyaki style grill fish ( belly I believe ) is so good, even better than sashimi. Do give it a try

Seafood donburi stall at donburi yokocho hakodate morning market. Ate breakfast there at opening time. Service was great, very friendly even if they dont speak english. Ordered large shrimp + uni + crab + salmon bowl. My first time eating crab and shrimp raw but actually very tasty and fresh. Uni was on another level though, absolutely fantastic. Price fair imo. Highly recommended.

Our first meal at Hakodate. Google Maps didn’t work well, good thing is many places sell similar #kaisendon so we just picked one that still opened. Many places have closed for the day by the time we got here, that seems like the city’s 🐟 morning market. #maekawa Everything is very fresh! Worth the price!!!
