I ordered miso ramen. 900 yen!! Expensive! lol Maybe 500 yen would be about right… It might be good for rural customers on their way home from drinking! An elderly couple runs it. I hope they keep going for a long time!
View on GoogleOn the way home from a trip to Wakkanai, I wanted dinner and had butter soy sauce ramen here because they stay open late. The soup had a simple, old-fashioned flavor, enriched by the butter, and somehow it was really delicious. You'd think the corn in corn ramen would be canned, right? But no, apparently they remove the kernels themselves, and there were kernels still connected together (do you know what I mean?), which warmed my heart a little. It's a place I can recommend along the Ororon Line, where there aren't many dinner options. The shop is set back between buildings and is a little hard to find, but look for the ramen banner and a yellow rotating light like those at construction sites. Apparently parking on the street in front of the shop is okay.
View on GoogleVisited a shop I'd wanted to go to for a while. I had Nonkara ramen, a sujiko rice ball, and beer. The strong wind that day had chilled me, but the spicy miso ramen warmed me to the core. Thank you for the delicious meal!
View on GoogleIt was a lifesaver that they were open late. I ordered stamina ramen, and the flavor was simple and easy to enjoy. The price of 900 yen felt a little high. Some people might think 600 yen would be enough. But wait! The garlic was properly peeled by hand, there was plenty of it, and it was delicious. It seems to be run by a married couple. They were still energetic, and I hope the shop keeps going for a long time.
View on GoogleIt's an old-fashioned animal-based broth. The soup tastes just right on its own, but with the noodles it might be a little underwhelming.
