The pork was a bit tough, but the flavor was good and slightly sweet. It tasted just right when eaten with rice. The black soup ramen was very tasty. The broth had a nice pepper aroma and was very fragrant. The noodles had a good firm texture, and the bowl came with plenty of toppings and noodles. It was not expensive and definitely good value for the price. The other bowl was the orange-colored miso ramen. The soup was very flavorful and well-balanced, not too salty. Compared to the black soup ramen, I personally liked this one more because the black broth was slightly rich and a bit heavy.

A quaint local ramen place that serves rich broths of ramen. A choice of 2 rice bowls are also available for those not wanting ramen. Only accept cash. Plenty of parking spaces next to the joint, even sharing with Ralse Mart

I love the Koge Shio Ramen (Scorched garlic). The broth is really unique, the chasu is tender and absorbed the garlic broth so it is infused well to the meat cuz of the strong garlic flavor. The ramen noodle is at a good thickness. Truly the broth is the star. It is such a pleasant surprised because we were in the area and looking for a good ramen. Do note that seating is limited and the culture for ramen shop is as such that you leave once you finished your meal. It is not a place where you hang out and leisurely spend time after you finished (fast food culture)

Delicious food! We've had 3 different ramen (Koge-Shio, Shoyu, Tan-Tan-Men) and the Buta-don: they were all delicious and unique in their taste. From outside, one would never stop at this place, but one you step inside, you'd go again and again. A must-go!

We had the miso ramen with pork fat and it was so good. Ramen was cooked perfectly and the broth was so flavourful. We notes many people mentioning an unfriendly lady with glasses but the one lady with glasses who served us was very friendly…she even helped me to count out coins so I could use them up to pay for our meal….all in all a lovely ramen place we recommend when in Furano.
