We can also prepare bento and other items by reservation, so please feel free to contact us. A standalone house in front of 富良野駅. We serve Japanese cuisine using plenty of seasonal ingredients. Particularly recommended are our seafood dishes, using ingredients sourced directly from Hokkaido's major fishing ports, and meat dishes featuring Hokkaido-raised meat. We also offer sake and shochu from Hokkaido and other regions, so please enjoy them with your meal. Seating includes counters, tables, and private rooms. Feel free to visit for a relaxed gathering with family or friends, or even when you just want a quick drink on your own.

Really poor value for money. I arrived at my table, only to see that the first course was already waiting for me. Don’t know how long the food was sitting out there. The chawan mushi was the absolute worst I’ve had - and I’ve had a lot of Japanese food. It was a very very hard dull orange coloured hard custard. The sushi was poorly made, see photo. The uni was rotten, no apologies from the chef, only a reply that the uni was purchased today. The tempura was made in large unmanageable chunks, the batter was heavy. Dishes were poorly paced. My sushi nigiri arrived, followed by a dessert cream puff a minute later. Do not waste your money at this restaurant. I felt completely ripped off. This meal was memorable for all the wrong reasons. If I could give zero stars, I would.
View on GoogleMy wife and I were recommended by the owner of Furano Trailer Village Den (where we stayed) to have dinner at Furano waBisuke which is a short walking distance away. She was so hospitable that she even helped us to make a reservation. When we arrived at the restaurant, it was fully occupied save for our reserved table. Our dinner was good. Our dinner selections were well prepared and we enjoyed our meal with sake. The restaurant is cozy with a minimalist ambience. Blinds were drawn to provide us with privacy from the tables beside ours. Very thoughtful. Service was friendly and responsive. As the restaurant is small, it is recommended to make a reservation. A very nice venue and meal!
View on GoogleMy go-to place for a comfortable dinner when other popular restaurants are full. Nice simple interior, quiet, and comfortable. Price is on the high side for relatively basic quality food.
View on GoogleWalked into this restaurant as a group of six without reservation and they had a place for us! Food was unexpectedly good and we were blown away by the spiciness of the mustard which was the chef's handmade special. Please order the beef skewers, pork belly skewers, tempura set, and omakase rice jyou!😊
View on GoogleEasily the best dinner during our 9 day trip in Furano! Quality food as you would expect from a proper Japanese restaurant without the nonsensical experimentation. Comfort food but well prepared. Would like to keep it a secret but this place deserves recognition.
