Really good place. The chef has been making sushi more then 60 years

I visited on a business trip. I think it was a set of sushi, a small side dish, and clear soup. Anyway, the sushi toppings were fresh, with nothing to complain about! The shellfish were incredibly tender and packed with umami. The clear soup had fish dumplings and rock nori too—so delicious. I was completely absorbed in eating! You cannot go wrong with a sushi restaurant near the sea♪

Visited for a banquet! It was absolutely fantastic! You could feel the chef’s delicate craftsmanship. I hope the chef keeps going for many more years!

I made a reservation for after 17 on a weekday Wednesday. They served delicious locally sourced ingredients at very reasonable prices. Their daughter apparently has a sommelier certification, and the sake lineup was impressive. I had 新政No.6 and 二世古純米吟醸彗星. The chef and hostess took very good care of us.

The chef and hostess have wonderful personalities. The sushi is delicious and outstanding😋 and the toppings are excellent too, so this has become a real favorite. I hope they keep going for many more years, and I want to return for more delicious sushi.
