Very good ramen

View on GoogleI visited around 11 on a weekday in early 26/04/. There is space for 3 cars in front of the shop. Parking was available, and I could sit down right away. I had the soy sauce kombu ramen (¥1050). The kombu broth coated the thin, straight noodles; it was simple but delicious. The broth was so good I drank it all. It made me want to try other menu items too.
View on GoogleI stopped by while sightseeing in 江差町. There seems to be parking for about 3 cars in front of the shop. Opening the sliding door of the storefront, which feels typical of 江差町, I found people who looked like locals chatting happily. I said I was alone and was shown to the counter. There was a glass and a pitcher of water in front of my seat. I ordered the first menu item, 「魚介スープ昆布ラーメン正油」, and 「小ライス」. Looking around, I saw 4 counter seats, 2 tables, and 3 tables in the tatami area. Bringing children seems fine. The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes. Let's eat! The broth was clear and thin, with a rising seafood aroma, and the noodles I lifted were medium-thick, curly wheat noodles. A gentle seafood flavor spread through my mouth, and the noodles, firmer than they looked, slid pleasantly down my throat. Mmm, delicious🤤 The chashu fell apart tenderly, spreading savory flavor through my mouth. The seasoned egg yolk was just right! It was well seasoned too. Eating the scallions and menma with the noodles, before I knew it I'd finished everything, broth included. I'd like to try their other ramen too.
View on GoogleI had the salt kombu ramen and the chashu mayo rice bowl from the lunch set. The ramen had a strong kombu broth flavor that went well with the medium-thin noodles, and the chashu mayo rice bowl was well seasoned and very delicious too. Next time I'd like to try the spicy miso.
