The noodles are medium-thick, curly egg noodles. The standard chashu serving seems to be 2 thick slices of loin chashu. They use good ingredients, but the restaurant itself feels disappointing. The owner fumbled around because he couldn't find the seasonings and cooked while being scolded by his wife. The ramen for a customer who arrived later ended up coming out first, even though there were only 2 parties of customers, including that person. I don't know whether they were family or acquaintances, but some people brought takeout from a nearby burger shop and ate and drank in the raised seating area. This will probably be my last visit.

I tried the recommended horumon ramen. It was delicious. Complimentary coffee was included. The texture of the horumon wasn't to my liking, but the broth was delicious. It seems especially warming in winter. Everyone was ordering the set with a half portion of chahan, so I think I'll try that next time.

I ordered the horumon ramen and chahan set. Honestly, to be completely honest, it would be fine without the horumon. I feel like the ramen and horumon don't go together.

The ramen spoons are kept in a case on each table, but a spider was walking over them, which shocked me right away😱❕ When I looked at the window, there were lots of cobwebs in both the right and left corners, and the table was sticky. The ramen is lukewarm, so you can eat it without blowing on it. I think the flavor is a little weak too, but before even worrying about the taste, the lack of cleanliness killed my appetite.. I'll never go again.

It used to be delicious, but lately it's awful. The small plates for children were covered in dust. The person bringing the ramen was drenched in sweat, and I saw sweat dripping into it. And when I had chahan before, I noticed it tasted different, then a few minutes later I got an upset stomach. I had a terrible time with diarrhea and vomiting. The worst.
