You can enjoy a panoramic view of Esashi and the Sea of Okhotsk. It is a relaxing place where you never get bored, no matter how many hours you stay.

We found the observatory during a trip as a couple and stopped by. There is a cafe inside, but you can enter the viewing room for free. The parking at the foot of the hill holds 1.2 cars. There was a large space a little farther down. There is a ski lift, so it seems to be a ski area in winter.
