On a cycling trip, I set off from Hiroo and, after passing through several scary tunnels, saw the Golden Road observation point. You can see the boundary between the blue sea and the green land, a natural landscape.

A small parking area. There is nothing in particular besides a monument. The wind is strong, and driving around this area gets your car endlessly coated in salt, so a car wash is recommended,
