Great yakiniku place in Megumino. They have a tablet on each table which makes ordering nice and easy, especially if you cannot speak Japanese very well. The food itself is delicious although not the very best I have tried in Japan. The service was a bit hit and miss, one lady was quite grumpy but the young man was energetic and friendly.

The Motomachi branch was very good, so I tried the Eniwa branch too. However, although I'd booked for opening time, the restaurant hadn't opened when that time came, and the guidance inside wasn't good either. Even though we were there first thing, the drink dispenser had run out of carbonation. Don't opening staff normally prepare all those things? I also worked in food and beverage at a hotel, but this was the first restaurant like this I'd encountered.

This time we went for all-you-can-eat yakiniku at my wife's request. There's plenty of parking around the restaurant. It was just after opening, so seats were available, but they seemed to seat people with reservations first. After a short wait, we sat in a circular booth. There are ３ all-you-can-eat options, and we chose the most affordable one. First, they brought chicken thigh, tontoro, and jingisukan, and the rule seems to be that you finish those before you can start ordering. After that, you have 100 minutes, with last orders 20 minutes before the end. Staff or robots bring the food, so I think service is quick. The flavor and selection are sufficient for lunch, I think. The next tier adds cold noodles, hot-stone bibimbap, and a wider selection of meat. Unlimited soft drinks are included too, which is a nice bonus. If you don't need that much food, they also have lunch sets, so I think it's useful for various occasions. Thank you for the meal!

We visit about once every 2 months. We always choose the 160-item all-you-can-eat option, which costs about 22,000円 for 3 adults and 2 elementary-school children. Meat sushi and beef tongue are included, and desserts include soft chocolate parfaits and shaved strawberry parfaits. There are so many dishes that hardly seem like all-you-can-eat offerings, making it feel like excellent value. This month we visited for our child's birthday, but someone from the family in the neighboring semi-private room apparently wore my husband's shoes home by mistake. We had no way to contact them and were wondering what to do. Fortunately, that family apparently had a reservation too, so the restaurant contacted them and offered to pick up the shoes from their home and deliver them to ours. Feeling bad about the trouble, we gave our address and went home. Less than 30 minutes later, someone from the restaurant brought my husband's shoes to our house. I'd thought about preparing at least a bottle of coffee as a thank-you, but didn't have time. And although it wasn't the restaurant's fault, they even left a meal voucher as an apology, which left us feeling terribly indebted. During the meal, everyone served us briskly and clearly, which was pleasant. All the staff look clean and tidy, and despite being a yakiniku restaurant, nothing inside is greasy, sticky, or dirty. There are several toilets too, all private cubicles and always clean. My husband's birthday is next month, and we'd like to keep coming as long as our budget allows, haha. I've been several times, and the staff are very pleasant. The restaurant's atmosphere is also quite relaxing for a meal. The food is reasonably priced and there's a decent selection, so we enjoyed a delicious meal. We were five adults and 1 child not yet old enough for kindergarten.
