Its signature rich soup brings out the fullest umami of Hokkaido-produced miso. The deep flavors of seared chashu and carefully selected noodles present Sapporo's miso ramen culture in a new form.

A ramen restaurant inside a shopping mall in Eniwa. Despite being in Eniwa, the restaurant emphasized Sapporo. They offered all-you-can-eat bean sprout namul, an admirable service amid recent price rises. I ordered a rice bowl besides the ramen. For some reason it was called 手稲丼; I asked the staff, but its origin was unknown (haha). How should I put it? It was simply, ordinarily tasty. I wouldn't call it particularly heavy or rich. I left something behind when leaving, and a female staff member noticed, which saved me. Thank you to that lady (haha).

I've been here more than 10 times. The tender chashu and accent of ginger leave a good impression, but it's ordinary miso ramen typical of Hokkaido. They used to have bean sprout namul, which was nice for changing the flavor partway through and adding depth, but it seems to be gone now. This time I changed the flavor with the chili powder and chili oil on the table and somehow finished it. Without the bean sprout namul, finishing it was pretty tough, and the price has gone up quite a bit, too,,

I visited for lunch. I had the limited-time 濃厚味噌担々麺. It was very delicious. The moderate heat and rich soup were good. But wasn't it a little slow from ordering to serving? I didn't think the restaurant was particularly busy.

There was a photo of delicious-looking wonton ramen outside, so I wanted to try it and went in for the first time. It had a salt-flavored broth, fairly thin noodles, and some fat, exactly the kind of flavor I like, and it was delicious. There were lots of wontons, too, making it satisfying. I'd been curious about this place for a while, so perhaps I'll try another flavor next time.

In Eniwa at 18:00 on a weekday. My first-choice restaurant wasn't open. My second-choice restaurant wasn't open. My companion said, there's a ramen place here, too? ... I went in thinking, a ramen place in a shopping mall probably won't be anything special, right? Just one person at the counter... is this going to be okay?? First impression after looking at the menu. Expensive. Oh well, I ordered the most popular miso ramen. It arrived quickly; of course, the place was empty! First, a sip of soup from the not-so-large bowl. Ah, a distinctive soup that seemed like something I'd had somewhere before. The noodles were pale-colored egg noodles. Not bad at all! There was one slice of chashu stretching from one edge of the bowl to the other. Fairly thick, too. And it was absolutely delicious!! My work takes me around Hokkaido eating ramen, and I thought this was the best chashu I'd had in the past few years! Bean sprout namul is provided free, but first-time visitors probably won't know because nobody tells you. There's a notice on the wall, so do try it. (My companion told me.) The only disappointment was that there wasn't an oshibori or wet tissue on the table.
