I visited “グレースコート” on the grounds of むらかみ牧場, about a 3-minute drive from Sapporo Beer Teien Station! ◼️3-flavor soft serve 600円 The 3-flavor soft serve is an indulgent treat that lets you choose 3 flavors from 6 kinds of soft serve! This time I chose milk, mascarpone, and hazelnut soft serve. The milk soft serve has a rich milky flavor and melts beautifully, spreading effortlessly through your mouth with a very clean finish! The mascarpone soft serve has a deep richness, and the hazelnut has a fragrant roasted flavor. Each base is so delicious that it's blissfully tasty without getting boring right to the end! ◼️恵みの牛乳 ICE 220円 恵みの牛乳 ICE uses milk freshly milked that morning, pasteurized at a low temperature of 68℃ for 30 minutes, and served boldly in a beer mug! The sweetness is strong the moment it enters your mouth, and even the small floating clumps of fat have a rich flavor. A cafe inside むらかみ牧場. I came here for the milk soft serve😊 It was incredibly delicious. The mascarpone is fantastic too. They had a mini size, which made it even better. There's an eat-in area inside, so I could relax!

From Eniwa, take Route 36 toward Chitose. When you see the Toiso sign on the left and the “ほのか” sign on the right, turn left and then immediately left again, and you're there. Time passes slowly, and there are unusually people-friendly cats here and there—pets? Cats that have just settled in?—giving the place a relaxed feel. There are cows too, with that distinctive farm smell. The soft serve was delicious. It was 400円.

A cafe attached to むらかみ牧場. Soft serve is the main offering, along with shaved ice, coffee, and milk special to the farm. They also sell farm merchandise. There's a wide variety of soft serve, with milk soft serve starting at 300円. The mascarpone cheese soft serve seems famous, but I ordered “メロンなきもち” for 900円 for a photogenic treat. A big mound of soft serve on half a melon🍈! Regular milk soft serve is 300円, so 900円 including half a melon seems reasonable. I'll try the mascarpone cheese soft serve next time.
