R8.4.26, came in the evening because I wanted ankake yakisoba You used to be able to choose shoyu or salt flavor, but now it's shoyu only. The sauce was just... beyond thick, it was gelatin ^^; The seasoning lacked umami too, and only the saltiness of the shoyu stood out. It was so firm it wouldn't mix with the noodles unless you poured on the vinegar served with it ^^; I think it depends on the kitchen staff, but it used to be delicious, so it's really disappointing (crying) It was so bad I almost thought about leaving after one bite. I sincerely hope their cooking skills improve.

We got in without waiting on a weekday evening. They seem to have several shops in Hokkaido, but this time we went to the Eniwa shop. We had the Eniwa-shop-exclusive ankake yakisoba and the miso ramen. Mixing the piping-hot sauce with the noodles and eating it with mustard was really delicious! The miso ramen came with butter and corn, and the soup was rich and delicious! While many places have gotten expensive because of inbound tourism, this one is very reasonable and recommended.

Ordered the extra-spicy miso, the upgrade from the spicy-savory Honestly, while many places advertise 'extra spicy' but are really only mildly spicy, this was a satisfying level of heat for the first time in a while The ramen itself was delicious too I also like the miso ramen soup There were lots of customers and it was crowded

I had the miso ramen for 980 yen. As Sapporo ramen (pork bone and chicken bone soup, curly noodles, bean sprouts stir-fried in lard), I think it's decently good. When I want Sapporo ramen, I might come back.

A salt-based, rather light fried rice. There's a hint of butter flavor too, delicious. Paired with the complimentary zha cai, it's even lighter. I ordered the miso ramen. Medium-thick noodles. Compared with the main shop, the soup felt a little sweeter. It's a deliciousness you don't get tired of, in its own way. The chashu is delicious. I ordered the seasoned egg miso ramen. Right as I was taking the photo, my companion put in a chashu, so there's one extra slice. (+_+) The soup is delicious, but I like the noodles too, so I come sometimes. I ordered the negi ramen in miso (called miso negi ramen at the shop). The green onion topping is shiraga negi (finely shredded green onion), so it blends into the soup as soon as you dip it. Light and delicious. I ordered the ankake yakisoba (Eniwa shop exclusive). The slightly spicy soy-sauce-based sauce blends just right on top of the seared noodles. It's loaded with vegetables, pork, quail eggs, and small scallops. At first I thought it might not be quite enough, but it was surprisingly filling and I was satisfied.
