This is definitely a sushi gem in Engaru Town, Hokkaido. We only stopped by for a quick lunch, but it exceeded our expectations. The sushi portions are amazingly generous—the fish slices are very large and completely cover the sushi rice. The quality is great, and the price is extremely reasonable. We ordered more than 40 plates for six people, plus some side dishes, and it only cost around 2,000 yen per person. It’s excellent value for money. This is definitely a restaurant I would revisit.

This popular gourmet conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Hokkaido offers a traditional experience, with staff delivering freshly made sushi straight to your table. The quality of the ingredients is much fresher than national chain options, although the prices are higher. Even the soft ice cream dessert shows attention to detail. The service is friendly and approachable, but they are strict about posting photos on social media. Despite the relatively small size of the restaurant, it's packed with local customers, creating a lively atmosphere.

Parking space is available and the staff are very friendly. This was our halfway lunch stop from Mombetsu to Sapporo. We picked it randomly, but the food turned out to be delicious. A pleasant surprise and a great place to take a break.

Toriton never disappoints. Great food, great service and very affordable price. A nice stop for lunch or dinner if you are passing through the area. The local specials are also amazing. Highly recommended.

Fantastic sushi in Engaru!!!!! Fresh thick meat, professional, friendly staffs. Many locals are dining here. Not many tourist and the price is very affordable. Love it so much.
