One of the shops I visit every time I go back home. There used to be one in Kanto too, but lately there aren't any anywhere I can easily get to, so when I want ramen with that quintessential Sapporo feel, I come here. I like the rich soup that's almost salty, so I always get the shoyu ramen. By the way, the picture is a large serving. It's on the same premises as the co-op and others, and the parking lot is spacious and easy to park in. I visited for a weekday lunch and got in without waiting. It's a meal-ticket system, fast-food style where you return your own dishes when you're done. There are counter, table, and tatami seats, so it's easy to go with groups of any size.
View on GoogleWhen they were at their previous location, staff came to take your order, but now you order at a ticket machine. There's no menu near the ticket machine and you order only from the text written on it, so it took quite a while. A female staff member stands next to the ticket machine, so you can't take your time choosing ramen and such. The taste also seems different from before. Maybe it's just me?
View on GooglePretty tasty. But seriously slow. No, way too slow. Watching the kitchen, it looks like they only finally start cooking once a certain number of the same order pile up. Are you looking down on customers?
View on GoogleI love the ramen here and come to eat often, but sometimes it's closed, which is disappointing. Is there anything where I can find info like business days or regular closing days? Do you have social media or anything like that?
View on GoogleYou buy from a ticket machine after entering. I'd already decided on the ramen flavor, but while I was deciding which topping or set to get, a staff member pressed me really aggressively, "What flavor? Anything else?", so I thought, forget it, and skipped the rest. If the staff are going to press you that much, I thought, what's even the point of the ticket machine? (A couple(?) in their late 40s who came in after me got a little angry at the staff member pressing them even though they hadn't decided yet: "Hey, we haven't decided yet, don't rush us.") I like the flavor of the ramen, but the soup is really lukewarm. The taste suits me so I come often, but…… 1 Cleanliness of the shop (the condiments and renge spoons on the tables are dirty) 2 The staff's attitude when buying from the ticket machine 3 The soup is really lukewarm (this is a real shame) For the reasons above, ☆2.
