【Sadly CLOSED】 The dark brown soup is oily, and at first it tastes so light you think "Huh? No flavor?". As you keep eating, the soup lets you taste the umami of its chicken-bone base. The use of salt stands out, and it's pretty tasty. A Japanese-style dashi... maybe? works nicely and seems to make the whole soup mellow. The spiciness isn't intense, but it's balanced with a sharp heat. The chicken is taken off the bone, so it's easy to eat. The flavor hasn't leached out, and you can enjoy the solid umami of the chicken. Delicious!

The staff were kind and refined, very pleasant, and the soup curry was delicious too. I'm planning to go again!

Ordered the pork curry. The meat was stewed until tender and delicious. Makes me want to go regularly.
