This is a diner inside Tonden Farm's direct-sales shop. The shop's own food counter serves light meals such as sausages, curry, stewed-offal soup, and onigiri, so having this diner is appreciated. It's self-service, with tickets purchased from a machine. During Tonden Farm's garden sale, they had limited-quantity bargain menus for what they called Customer Appreciation Day. On the day I visited, GO GO ramen was 550円. I ordered the shrimp salt ankake ramen for ¥850. It was piled high with vegetables, and although the shrimp were peeled, there were 4 large ones, making it very filling. It's not exceptionally delicious, but for this price and taste, it's good value. Next time I'd like to try the Ebetsu pork ramen. Thank you for the meal.

A long-established restaurant outside Ebetsu city. It's inside Tonden Farm, which also has vegetables, fresh meat, ham, sausages, and more for sale. So many people around me were eating ankake yakisoba that I couldn't help ordering it. The portion is decent, and the noodles are somewhat thick. They're nicely fried, but unfortunately there's a little too little thick sauce to coat them well. It tastes good. I like adding vinegar partway through, so I wished they had individual small vinegar containers. With only one vinegar container at the pickup counter, I really can't take it to my table. If I go again, I'd like to try the beef-bone ramen. Visited again, was the first customer, and ordered miso ramen and ankake yakisoba. Delicious. The menu has changed since last time. The miso ramen has a strong broth. Medium-thick curly noodles. The pork belly chashu is absolutely huge. Just my taste. The ankake is reliably delicious. Last time the sauce was soy-based, but this time it's salt-based. ⭐️Rating +1

Unfortunately, it closes tomorrow, 7月6日(日). The large serving is an insane amount, but even the regular serving is fairly substantial. Since it had cooled down, the other day I chose a large rich tantanmen for 950円. The fragrant sesame is piled on without restraint—super rich‼️ The richest I've ever eaten❗ There's no heat masking the flavor from the start, so I appreciate being able to adjust the chili oil to suit the person eating❗ I confidently recommend it❗ Today was my 48th visit. Of those 48 visits, 44 were for ankake yakisoba‼️ It's usually soy sauce flavor, but on (Sat).(Sun).(holidays), it's shrimp salt flavor. Ankake yakisoba is definitely the one‼️ Insanely delicious Until now, I thought Togenkyo at Sapporo Park Hotel was the best, but I take that back. Flavor, volume, variety of ingredients, and cheap too❗ Of course, this must be the best in Hokkaido‼️ During the GW season, the ticket machine was already confusing, and I couldn't find the ankake yakisoba I wanted, so I reluctantly chose shrimp salt ramen. Feeling disappointed, I looked at the machine again and found limited-time salt yakisoba. I think many people come for the low prices, but I'd like them to do something like put a poster beside the machine so people don't get confused in front of it. The other day, I was thinking we'd go elsewhere if there was no yakisoba, but they had it. Upgraded while still 850円. The flavor was stronger. Was there perhaps a whole stick's worth of something like bologna sausage? It was full of big chunks. Tonden Farm's sausages and ham were delicious to begin with❗ The other day I was aiming for the soy sauce ankake yakisoba at 850円❗, but they only had ramen. The previous yakisoba had thick noodles fried just right, a generous portion, and slightly sweet thick sauce that might be addictive‼️ Previously I returned because I wanted to try the beef salt ramen. Since I mostly eat tonkotsu ramen, this light, refreshing, deeply flavorful beef-bone broth Delicious for the first time in ages😋‼️ My first beef-bone broth since Gyuichi's tail ramen, Donkoro ramen...

The female staff member's service is good, and the men also feel like ramen-shop staff in a good way. As for the ramen itself, you can apparently enjoy ramen by Takemura Suke, who also appeared as an expert on “Ai no Binbo Dasshutsu Daisakusen”. For the original soy sauce version, I remember the old Mutsumiya having a stronger dried-sardine flavor, but either way it's delicious and a bowl I'd like to eat again. The beef-bone ramen is a light bowl with roast beef replacing chashu. It has a definite beef umami. It's a curious ramen that makes you want another straight away despite being light. It's a little far from central Sapporo, but not that far from National Route 275, so access was better than I expected.

I added chashu topping to the salt ramen. The noodles weren't good.... Frozen? Maybe because it was cold, the soup tasted good at first, but gradually I thought, huh? It started tasting like cheap store-bought soup. The chashu was reasonably tasty. The staff spoke clearly and were cheerful, which was nice, but when I returned my dishes, they said “Thank you~” while looking at their phone. Who were they saying that to? Their phone, apparently.
