The last time I got a color and cut, my very first color looked great, but I wasn't told much about how to care for it, so I went home and washed my hair and the color faded that same day,,. It's my fault for not knowing, but I wish they had told me how to care for it. The problem was the cut afterward: my bangs weren't cut symmetrically left and right, so I cut them myself at home. The left side was done, but the right side was left halfway, which was disappointing. The service itself is very good, I think 🙇‍♀️
