View on GoogleA 5-minute walk from JR Takasago Station. This accomplished restaurant operates several branches mainly around Sapporo, and its dedication to miso, perfected by the founder over many years, is simply incredible! The white miso in particular has a characteristic sweetness and richness from generous amounts of koji, and reigns as the brand's signature dish. The interior extends smoothly toward the back with a spacious layout. Both counter and table seats are well spaced, creating an atmosphere that's calm yet lively. It's so comfortable for a ramen restaurant that the 'trap that makes you want to stay longer' has been activated. ——— ◆白味噌らーめん【980円】 ◆半チャーハン【350円】 First, the star: 白味噌らーめん. One sip of the soup… sweetness and richness spread out with a juicy whoosh〜!! Gentle yet punchy—the fact that this contradiction works is almost divine. The smoothness of koji clings to your tongue, with a slowly unfolding, deep finish. This is thoroughly addictive. The noodles are medium-thick and curly. Their springy bounce lifts the soup beautifully. The moment you slurp, it's like a 'miso festival' is taking place in your mouth. Then the half portion of fried rice. Separate grains, fluffiness, juiciness—a three-part harmony!! The roasted aroma and umami of lard come rushing in, and alternating it with the ramen guarantees an endless loop. This is absolutely a 'recommended-as-a-set situation.' ——— The miso ramen is exceptionally well executed. The white miso especially has an exquisite balance of 'sweetness, richness, and depth,' a classic style anyone could get hooked on. Add the consistently good fried rice, and satisfaction shoots up all at once. A bowl that hits the spot on a day when you think, 'I'd like some slightly special ramen today.' Thanks for the meal✨
View on GoogleMy first visit. I ordered shoyu ramen. It was very delicious. Pork bone + seafood? Rich and pleasantly hearty. Also, the tall young staff member's language, attitude, and customer service were very good. It felt lovely. The young people in the kitchen seemed nice too. I hope they keep up the good work.
View on GoogleI visited this place on an acquaintance's recommendation. Since it was my first time, I ordered the most popular 白味噌ラーメン with チャーシュー as a topping. It tasted slightly sweet with a strong flavor, just the kind of ramen I like. The チャーシュー was also rather thin, but it suited this ramen and was delicious. If I could mention one thing, it would be the staff's service. I understand they were busy, but they didn't bring a water glass, and when I called them, they signaled “wait” with one hand…… I wonder about that kind of service. Because of that, although the ramen deserves 4 stars, I'm giving 3 stars this time. I'd like to visit again.
