When I finish work in the morning I often go to Yunohana, and stopping at this shop right along the way has become my routine. I usually order something ramen. Everything is tasty, but a lot of it has Chinese-style? seasoning, so if you come looking for the taste of ramen from a ramen specialty shop, it might feel a bit off. Maybe it's the slippery, medium-thick? noodles that give that impression. When I went recently after a long time, did the noodles change? The ramen seemed tastier than before. Also, it's a shame the set meal items I'd been meaning to order for ages are gone…… They still have mapo don and twice-cooked pork don, so I'll consider those close enough and try them next time. Below are my impressions of each dish ・Jigoku Ramen. It seemed to be the spiciest on the menu so I tried it, but it's not so spicy you can't eat it! Even people who don't like spicy food can easily eat it. If you like a bit of heat, go for it! The portion is big and the soup is filled to the brim. ・Ankake yakisoba It was my first ankake yakisoba ever, so I hardly even knew what condiment to add. I looked it up on the spot and learned it's vinegar. At first I thought it was a bit bland?, but after adding pepper it became just how I like it. A little vinegar for a flavor change. I'm a small eater so the portion was big and I did leave some, but it was delicious. I'd like to try the seafood ankake yakisoba someday. ・Spicy miso vegetable ramen Big portion—highly recommended for those who want to eat lots of vegetables. If you order just ramen, you can get rice on the house. ・Ramen + half fried rice set & fried rice + half ramen set A set of ramen and half fried rice. The reverse is also available. I ordered this many times when I first started coming here. It's probably what most people order? The ramen is good, but the fried rice is outstanding. As expected of a Chinese restaurant.

Went for lunch There isn't much parking, so depending on timing it might be hard to park I ordered the ankake yakisoba; it tasted good but the portion was large, so small eaters might want to share I was curious about the celery gyoza and ordered it additionally; the celery flavor was strong and very much to my liking The menu is extensive and prices are reasonable, so it seems great for everyday use

Generous portions and good value. When I was telling my wife it was too much to finish, a staff member quickly brought over a takeout container. Thank you😊

Mid-September 2025 Weekday lunch in Ebetsu♪ · _Chinese Kitchen Ajisai_ · There's parking for a few cars in front of the shop 【Twice-Cooked Pork Bowl (Hoikoro Don)】 is my order! Waiting a bit… When it comes to hoikoro, I can't help remembering, from back around 1994, "Hoikoro-sensei, the Chiropractor of Love," played by Takaaki Ishibashi of Tunnels… If love has a backbone…… That was the skit with that catchphrase, right~ I bet quite a few people first learned about the Chinese dish called hoikoro and how to read its name because of Hoikoro-sensei, right? In fact, I, Umeshiro, am one of them www The bowl arrives! Uh-oh, did I mess up!? This is quite a portion (sweat) Way too much for Umeshiro, who's pushing 60! I-I might not be able to finish it! Ren Osugi! This place I walked into without knowing anything turned out to be a stuff-yourself kind of shop (heavy sweat) Well then, itadakimaaasu🙏 Chomp Hmm, it's strongly flavored with cabbage and green peppers, your standard Japanese-style Chinese hoikoro, but it's a hoikoro with one decisive difference from other neighborhood Chinese restaurants! It's generally common to use pork belly, or depending on the shop thinly sliced loin, for hoikoro, but the meat in this place's hoikoro is pork kakuni sliced on the thick side—hearty meat! So the meat is fall-apart tender, soaked in flavor, and soft The menu doesn't give the details, so it's an original dish with a little sense of surprise~♪ With the help of the soup and kimchi, I somehow managed to finish it (pouring sweat) Thank you for the meal~🙏 Pfft, guess I don't need dinner tonight www

There was zashiki seating (horigotatsu), and they also had plastic dishes, forks, and spoons for kids. They warmly welcomed us with small children and spoke kindly to us. Thank you very much.
