2024 Oct revisit: I tried buta ramen, cha shu was delicious, I was able to finish the ramen! I like how thick their cha shu is, yet the flavor is not only on outside but also inside of the pork. Soup was so salty, almost too salty for me but I am thinking this is why people get addicted to. —— I visited on week day lunch time around 1pm. It was not very busy. We bought tickets from the ticket machine, ramens were all reasonably priced. After purchasing ticket, I gave the ticket to the owner, he asked about topping. You’ll need to tell them if you want to reduce/increase vegetable, garlic, back fat, and also if you want to add cha Shu sauce. my order was soy sauce regular ramen with all default and less noodle. The ramen came with a lot of bean sprout with cabbage, garlic was apparently 15g, it was more than table spoon full but I enjoyed it. The soup was tonkotsu with soy sauce flavor, it is fatty and salty with strong garlic taste. I liked it(I would not finish the soup though. The noodle was “Washi washi - kei”, meaning thick, rough and wrinkly, it goes perfectly with the very strong soup. Cha Shu was think coin shape, it was very meaty and fatty, it does not get lost in a lot of toppings. I also tried their Miso flavor with spicy miso ball added. I liked without spicy miso as it altered the texture to be really thick. I believe other Buta King shops do not have miso, so if you want to try miso, you can try it in Oasa branch. Overall it was a fun experience, I’d come back!

View on GoogleI visited almost right at opening time, and still had to wait outside, so I think it's popular. I ordered the Dai Buta Ramen (miso) with toppings: garlic omitted, yasai, abura (mashimashi), and ginger. With mashimashi, a separate small plate came along. After entering the shop, I didn't wait long before the bowl arrived. First, the vegetables were crisp, which I liked. There's quite a lot, but I changed the flavor with the tabletop seasonings, adding spicy spice and karame (soy sauce) to eat. The noodles are on the thin side for jirokei, but springy and delicious. The chashu is like what you'd eat as kakuni but isn't fall-apart tender, so tastes may differ, but it was good. I think it goes well with rice. There's a notice for those not used to it not to leave yasai mashimashi uneaten, so I recommend ordering mashi or normal. I parked in the paid parking lot next door, and when ordering I was asked whether I was using the parking. You get a 2-hour service ticket.
View on GoogleI've had a variety of jirokei ramen, and this gave the impression of being the most careful and clean shop so far. The equipment everywhere was polished and organized, and although it was a one-man operation, the movements were efficient with no waste, so it was very pleasant to watch. The vegetables were crisp, not limp, satisfying to eat, and the richness was just right, very delicious. It was a shop I strongly want to visit again. An interesting point is that Ebios is provided, so you can look after your stomach? lol.
