The best place to have lunch and enjoy quite place. Limited menu but high quality food. In summer you get to meet Fuku Chan a cute friendly dog who is very happy to great customer.
View on GoogleI finally made it here, in search of delicious coffee and a good view. This coffee shop on the mountain side is in a spot where you can see Uchiura Bay (Funka Bay); it was cloudy this time so the view wasn't great, but I think it would be good on a clear day. Inside the shop there are items collected by the owner, and some are sold as vintage goods. The interior is very stylish, and the Hawaiian-style music and the sound of the clock are pleasant. I'm no expert on clocks, but it seems to be an antique and has a lot of charm. It felt like the clocks from my grandfather's day, which made me happy and nostalgic. I ordered the Hawaiian blend coffee and the cheese scone, and my wife ordered milk tea and a roll cake. In conclusion, everything was superb; the Hawaiian coffee was neither cloying nor heavy, with a clear, pleasant taste!! I also tried it with creamer and sugar to change the flavor, and that was delicious as well. The sugar wasn't ordinary sweet sugar but sugar made from sugarcane. It goes really well with the coffee. There are other items on the menu too, with carefully chosen items that all look delicious. Lastly, the owner seemed quiet, but his smile was lovely and we were able to talk about various things, which was nice. I want to see the spectacular view too, so I'll come back on a day with good scenery. Also, regarding parking, it is considerate of people with disabilities: the spaces near the entrance are for them, and other visitors park in a lot a little farther away.
View on GoogleKogane Blend Hot dog: The coppe bread is said to be homemade. The bread is fluffy, and both the sausage and the cheese are made with really good ingredients and delicious. Azuki scone: Contains sweet azuki beans (amanatto). Crispy and airy, a lightly sweet scone. The sea, the meadow, the blue sky, a great view, time flows slowly and peacefully, and I had a wonderful time. It's a really nice place.
View on GoogleThe "Kitakogane Shell Mound," where people of the Jomon period are said to have lived, is also designated a World Cultural Heritage site. "Coffee-sha Kitakogane" on top of that hill is a place I'd wanted to visit for a long time. Inside the shop there are only 8 counter seats. The large windows overlook Uchiura Bay, an excellent location. The "Kogane Roll" I was after was sold out, which was a pity, but the "egg sandwich" and the "Kona coffee" were delicious enough. The master said, "This place is a power spot." Enjoying delicious coffee while looking at the Jomon hill in a space where time flows quietly and slowly. I really do feel like I received some power. Thank you for the meal ^_^
View on GoogleYou can enjoy a beautiful view. There's a long counter-style table in front of the windows, and you can sit on a chair facing the window and relax while looking at the scenery. Since seating is limited, I don't recommend visiting with a large group. I could also sense the care put into the tableware. I entered the shop in the evening, so the sunset was beautiful. I recommend going by car.
