An absolutely perfect sushi lunch. The portions were generous—each bite felt full and satisfying. Everything was delicious: the fish was fresh, the shellfish tasted great, and the shrimp was especially amazing—definitely a must-order. The tuna was also excellent. We even tried something new—the crab roe, which came in a surprising black color. At first, we hesitated, but once we tried it, it was a wow moment. I wanted to order more, but I was already too full.

Sushi here is consistently high quality, service is great, and excellent value. We always visit here if staying in Niseko.. nice drive past lake Toya too!

Sushi in this restaurant is the most delicious sushi that I’ve ever eaten since I come to Japan. The fish was so fresh and tasty. You can enjoy the foods with or without someone btw. And don’t worry if you are a foreigner and can’t read kanji or Japanese because they have a tablet menu in English version too. They also serve many desserts menu after eat if you want it.

Sushi restaurant. All sushi is made fresh to order. Ordering is done through a tablet. The seating is a mix of counter and table. The sushi is delicious and service quick.

The restaurant operates like a sushi train but the train isn’t running any longer which didn’t matter as the ordering is easy with individual electronic tablets available in a variety of languages. The food all arrived quickly and was delicious. Two of us for lunch was less than ¥4,000 so cheap as well.
