In 2006, as part of community development that draws on culture, we launched 「だて噴火湾アートビレッジ構想」. The principle behind this is that it is a long-term cultural initiative looking toward the future of Date City. We believe that discovering and nurturing people who will support the future culture of Date City, Hokkaido, Japan, and the world contributes to community development.
