Visited about 2 weeks ago. Went to the visitor centre first where a staff member talked to us for a while. The exhibit was well laid out and has sufficient description in English. It's a nice walk to the actual burial grounds but there are not much to see as there are not any structures.

Excellent centre to visit with a friendly English speaking guide . He walked us around the burial circles explaining what they were . The newly opened visitor centre is most interesting. Thank you to Chitose Council .

We had a wonderful visit. The tour guide was amazing. He explained the history of the site and was a joy to talk with. I highly recommend a visit.

【　無料　所要時間　約1時間　】 世界遺産登録されているそうです。 展示施設はとても綺麗です。 縄文時代の集団墓地だそうです。 クマの心配のない森林に囲まれた中に史跡を見ることが出来ます。 空港まで30分程と近いので、飛行機の待ち時間に余裕があったら、見に行くのもアリかと思います。

整備された遊歩道から史跡を鑑賞することができます。 先人の文化を身近に体感できる価値ある遺構です。 平日に訪問しましたが、人もまばらでゆっくり縄文文化を堪能できました。
