Biratori sits at the foot of the Hidaka Mountains, with the clear Saru River flowing through it. This wagyu specialty restaurant lets you fully enjoy “Biratori Wagyu,” one of Hokkaido's 3 major beef brands and a source of pride for this nature-rich town. Difficult to mass-produce, each “Biratori Wagyu” animal is raised with great care. Its hallmark is a rich, concentrated umami developed by enduring Hidaka's freezing winters, and some call its marbling a work of art in itself. We recommend the “Specially Selected Sirloin Steak,” featuring top-grade A5 marbling and melt-in-your-mouth deliciousness. You can also enjoy dishes made with black pork from Biratori, fresh vegetables, and other ingredients.

Nice place with nice wagyu beef. Fillet is oily, so if you want to ear juicy beef please order rib roast (リブロース)!!
View on GoogleGreat wagyu for a great price! The hamburger steak is super tender yet meaty. The recommended wagyu steak was delicious too! Would recommend if you’re looking for some Wagyu, or just good beef in general. Prices are reasonable too.
View on GoogleFood was very good and very cold beer. Servers were a little slow but appears to be short staffed. Must pay 500 YEN to park, that doesn't seem right.
View on GoogleIncredibly delicious A5 and A3 Wagyu steaks. The special is the cut off pieces from steaks and is a great value option
View on GoogleWent here for lunch and ordered the Kurogyuu special, the A5 sirloin and the A3 sirloin. Everything was delicious. By all means, order the A5 sirloin - a bit expensive but worth it!
