Susi is not bad and affordable , but the fish soup is hard to enjoy.

The seared large anago for 473 yen was soft and melted in my mouth. 2022.3.11 It seems to be the only conveyor-belt sushi restaurant in Bihoro, and customers keep coming in one after another. An acquaintance told me they use the same toppings as Toriton, so I went right away. The moment I put it in my mouth, I thought, yes, Toriton!! It was really delicious.

The sushi was delicious. The rice is good. The toppings matter, but if the rice, the staple, isn't good, there's no point, and even though it was a bit late in the day, the rice was delicious. It's the closest conveyor-belt sushi restaurant to Memanbetsu Airport, so I hope they serve good sushi in every sense. In the restaurant and at the register, there were notices about measures for the consumption tax from October? Apparently eating in is 10%, and takeout is 8%. Instead, there were posters saying if you eat in, they'll stamp your stamp card 3x!! At checkout I was asked, do you have a stamp card? I said no, but they didn't give me one anyway. It's not that I particularly wanted one, but if you've put up posters, shouldn't you be proactive with customer service? I thought. It's a different industry, but as someone in customer service too, it bothered me. Since it's the countryside… since it's the only shop nearby, I guess they can get away with that kind of service.
