No photo I ate it far too quickly but the prawn cutlet sandwich was absolutely delicious. The pork version is similar, though I preferred the softer, more delicate texture of the prawn. It was my first time trying gratin, and it reminded me of mac and cheese: a golden, crusty top with a rich, creamy centre. The owner was incredibly informative, spoke perfect English, and took the time to walk me through the entire menu. The cosy wood cabin setting makes it the perfect spot for a winter’s day.
