Beautiful view over Bibai and beyond. Inaccessible during winter I think because the road is snowed in and not snowremoved.

Best overview of Bibai and fairly accessible but not during the winter and when there is snow. The gates are closed.

They call this place a hill, but it's certainly high enough to rival an observation deck. It isn't a particularly famous tourist spot, but I'm satisfied☆ The platform is pretty worn out, but it probably won't collapse^^; The weather is lovely, so I feel refreshed! As the name suggests, I love my hometown(^^)/

An observation deck at the summit behind 東明公園. Pass the park entrance and go up to the upper parking lot, then turn left onto the single road to the summit. You can drive up to the observation deck, but the road is narrow, so take care. Walking up from the parking lot takes about 15 minutes. There is nothing at the summit besides the observation deck, and the view seems to open up only toward the town. The space is also small, so you take in the view and that's it—it feels rather uninspiring.

The road to the summit is narrow and steep, so watch out for oncoming vehicles⚠️ The view was fantastic.
